1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hexyra ("Service", "Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Description of Service

Hexyra is an AI-powered platform that generates final year project ideas for engineering and diploma students. The Service includes AI-generated project titles, descriptions, source code samples, viva questions, project reports, and PDF generation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using Hexyra, you represent that you are enrolled in or associated with an educational institution.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Share account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit AI-generated content as original work in violation of your institution's academic integrity policy.

6. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content produced by Hexyra is provided under a limited, non-exclusive license for personal academic use. You may use generated content as a learning reference and starting point. Hexyra retains no copyright over user-customized or substantially modified content.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are processed via Razorpay and are subject to their terms.
• Subscription fees are charged in INR (Indian Rupees).
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and for individual use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hexyra provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: academic penalties resulting from misuse of AI-generated content; any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; service interruptions; or the accuracy of AI-generated content. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
