1. Nature of Service

Hexyra provides a digital service — AI-generated content accessible immediately upon subscription activation. As per Section 6(b) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, digital services with immediate access may be non-refundable once delivery begins.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • Your payment was processed but your Pro subscription was not activated due to a technical error on our side.
  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate charge).
  • The service was completely unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours during your paid subscription period.
  • Your request is made within 24 hours of purchase and you have not generated more than 2 ideas.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • You changed your mind after activating and using Pro features.
  • More than 24 hours have passed since subscription activation.
  • Refund request made after the subscription has expired.
  • Account was suspended due to Terms of Service violations.
  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal (we will send renewal reminders 7 days in advance).

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@hexyra.in with subject: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
  2. Include your registered email, Razorpay payment ID, and reason for the refund.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve within 5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (as per Razorpay/bank timelines).

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting support. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused days.

6. Payment Gateway Disputes

If you raise a dispute through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — we resolve genuine issues quickly.
